Father’s Day is June 21st this year, which is coming fast! You might want to give your favorite dad a nice card; however, I would like to suggest an alternative.
A card can cost between $3 and $8 dollars. Most cards are read once and then set aside. Some people keep cards for mementos, but the reality is after about 3 minutes, they are rarely read or used again.
So instead of giving a limited use card, why not spend roughly the same amount of money and give a fun book. You can sign the inside cover just like a card. You can even write a personalized message. Unlike a card, however, a book will over more than a few minutes of enjoyment.
